Norman Tsui is an independent systems architect whose work has spanned technology, biotechnology, finance and public-company leadership.

His current independent work examines the architecture of persistent autonomous systems, particularly the relationships among memory, authority, commitment, execution, provenance and recovery.

Persistent Agency Architecture emerged from an extended independent systems-architecture exploration during 2025–2026, including patent drafting, implementation work, adversarial prior-art review, and later literature reconciliation.
